You may not hold any parties but the customer responsible for misuse of this product. WholesaleHID.com and its partners nor anyone associated with WholesaleHID.com is responsible for any representation of our products from our “Affiliates" or by those who purchase their products from this web-site. We urge our customers not to claim that the products they purchase from us are legal. Please be sure to check DOT regulations in your state before purchasing this product.

ALine Electronic, the manufacturer, distributor, retailer nor can installer be held responsible for any damage that may incur to vehicle electrical system.

ALine Electronic, the manufacturer, distributor, retailer nor can installer be held responsible for any injury or death that may occur directly or indirectly form product usage.

In order to get warranty coverage all user or buyer must mail in the warranty card to ALINE Electronic within 3 days after merchandise(s) have received.

13.1.14
Service life of bulb / ballast will be affected if, exposed to moisture, over-use, abuse, DC voltage spikes, inadequate wattage / volts and if headlight assembly is cracked.  Any and all factors may result in premature service life or product failure.

13.1.15
It is the purchaser / operator’s responsibility to operate and use this product safely.

13.1.16
It is the purchaser / operator’s responsibility to check local and state laws regarding the usage of this product.

13.1.17
H.I.D. retrofit systems are not to be modified or used for any other purpose than that otherwise intended by ALine Electronic.

13.1.18
This ALine Electronic warranty only covers products.  Installation warranty is to be covered by the shop or technician who installed the product.  The ALine Electronic warranty does not cover any damage that may.

Occur to vehicle during installation.  All ALine Electronic H.I.D. retrofit systems are designed to be 100 percent reversible.

ALine Electronic, the manufacturer, distributor, retailer nor installer makes no warranties, express or implied, including without Limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose to customer in connection with its use of service.  In no event shall the company be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the full extent the same may be disclaimed by law.

ALine Electronic, the manufacturer, distributor, retailer nor installer makes no warranties or representations of any kind, statutory, expressed implied, to customers or user of product.  Without limiting the foregoing, the company specifically makes no expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Customer hereby waives all other warranties, guarantees, conditions or liabilities express or implied, arising by law or otherwise.  In no event shall the company be liable for consequential special or incidental damages, whether or not Occasioned by company negligence and including, without limitation, liability for any loss or damage resulting from interruption or failure in the operation of any operation of any activated with product.  There are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained herein.  Customer assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the equipment.

If the equipment proves defective, the unit will be covered by the manufacture.  The limitation of coverage and time rests solely on the manufacturer and their product warranty.

GLOSSARY

         1. Xenon Bulbs – The same bulbs are used as OEM products in all high-end vehicles.  The bulbs sold by the Dealers are unmodified D2R, D2S, D1R, D1S, D4R, D4S H.I.D. bulbs.  These bulbs are then re-manufactured to the exact OEM specification and dimension for HID retrofit kits.
         2. Base Connector – Special connectors, spring loaded and weather resistant.  The base connector is made of special polymer that is resistant to the heat of the engine bay.
         3. Igniter – Separate unit from the ballast.  It ignites the mixture of Xenon gas and sodium salt initially at startup.  Do no cut, mutilate or extent this wire.  The wires carry very high voltage and could cause serious injury if modified.
         4. Power Plug – Weather-proofed plugs that are used to supply energy to the ballast.  The length of this wire may be shortened.  Do not ever mix the polarity of the wires.  Red or Blue are always positive and black is negative.  Reversing the polarity will void the warranty and destroy the ballast.
         5. Ballast – The heart of the system.  This box generates 25,000 watts.  To ensure a maximum lifespan of the ballast, try to locate the mount the ballast in a “cool” area: away from extreme heat.  Try to mount the ballast in the front portion of the engine bay or in the bumper.
         6. Fuse – Always use a 20 Amp fuse.  The initial setup at the system requires 20 Amps, shortly after (2 seconds) the power drops to 4 Amps.

Warranty

14.1
ALine Electronic warranty only covers merchandise; user/buyer is responsible for all the shipping cost.
Installation warranty is to be covered by the shop or technician who installed the merchandise.
Warranty is only valid with proof of sale from ALine Electronic Authorized retail / website / installer and return completed warranty card.

14.2
Coverage on Bulbs:
Bulbs are warranted for a period of 30 days from the purchase date.
Warranty does not cover breakage due to improper installation or handing. Nor do we cover explosion due to improper handling.

14.3
Coverage on Ballasts:
Ballasts are covered by manufacture warranty against defects for a period of Lifetime from the purchase date.
Warranty does not cover damage to unit, from automotive accident, electrical shortage (due to improper installation), water damage, fire chemical spillage, or acts or nature.
This warranty does not cover any damage that may occur to vehicle during installation or after. All ALine Electronic H.I.D. retrofit systems are designed to be 100% reversible.
